Mental health has become an increasingly important topic, particularly in regards to children and adolescents. Mental health issues in schools can negatively impact a student’s academic performance, relationships with peers, and overall well-being. In this direction
our organization has conducted over 50 school mental health programs. These programs are aimed to promote positive mental health outcomes for children and adolescent, as well as to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Each program is designed to address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Students are also taught coping skills and strategies to manage their emotions and navigate difficult situations, especially during adolescence. Various concerns like body image issues, self esteem, academic pressure, peer pressure, smart phone addiction and various other adolescent issues are dealt with in detail. Our programs are aimed at stress management, positive self-talk, and building resilience. Teachers and staff are also trained on how to recognize signs of mental health issues and how to support students in need.
